Description

The split command takes a string and splits it into a list, divided by splitstring, which defaults to " " if not present.

Example

puts [split "aaa;bbb;ccc" ";"]
puts [split "aaa bbb ccc"]
puts [split "aaaxbbbycccxyddd" "xy"]
	  

Produces:

aaa bbb ccc
aaa bbb ccc
aaaxbbbyccc ddd
